When you decide to purchase or use any of the services and products provided by Asia Vacation Group, you are regarded as having agreed with all these Booking Conditions between you and us.

For preset, we sometimes require only $99 for deposit. Full payment will be required at least 60 days prior to your departure date.

For private/customized tours, you are required to pay a deposit of 40% the total amount of your booking after having made a deal with our travel agency. The rest of the balance must be completed at least 60 days prior to your departure.


Surcharges may vary with different services, products and specific periods.  Therefore, please refer to the section of Notice/Surcharges for each of the product and service.

Listed below is some common surcharge terms that you may come across when using or purchasing our products and services.

  • 60 AUD for upgrading hotel category
  • 150 AUD for overstay after your tour ends (this fee is solely a processing fee and does NOT cover any additional services such as accommodation, meals and optional tours).

Please ensure that your comprehensive personal information, especially Last Name/Middle Name/First Name provided to us is absolutely accurate. This is very important for us to make proper reservation for you and avoid any interruption during the trip.

Customers will be subjected to pay all the extra fees arising from providing incorrect information to Asia Vacation Group.  If you need further detailed instructions, please don’t hesitate to contact our staff.

Passport & Visa

Please note that all citizens travelling with Asia Vacation Group are required a full passport for all holiday tours. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months prior to your departure date.

If your passport is expiring and you plan to renew it after having reserved our tour services, it is critical that you inform us all the new details as soon as possible. In some cases, you might be required to bring your old passport along with the new one to maintain the tour validity and avoid any interruption during your trip.

Travel Insurance

To fully enjoy your trip without any worries, please be reminded that travel insurance is strongly recommended.  You may want to review your existing health insurance plan to determine which medical services being covered during your trip.

We also strongly recommend your Travel Insurance must include:

  • Medical evacuation and repatriation
  • Medical and emergency dental expenses
  • Lost or stolen luggage/belongings
  • Emergency travel/accommodation
  • Emergency assistance
  • Accidental death

It is recommended to purchase the Travel Insurance package from us as soon as you pay the deposit. Please refer to Travel Insurance for more details.

Limitation of liability

We associate with a great wide network of international companies and government agencies as agent for the third parties to operate your trip smoothly. Therefore, we may not be responsible for third-party omissions and faults. However, we are more than happy to assist once any issue occurs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Your indirect or direct economic losses do not belong to our responsibility.

Any liability for any injury, death or damage which you may suffer during your trip is excluded.

Any claim by you for those unanticipated situations mentioned above is excluded.
