Day 1: Bangkok Arrival

Today, depart for Bangkok, Thailand!
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in.
Tonight, we’ll honour our guests with a dinner at Sala Rattanagosin Restaurant.

Day 2: Bangkok City Tour

This morning after breakfast, meet your private guide to begin your exploration of Bangkok by a long-tail boat on the Chao Phraya River to the revered Grand Palace complex, the official residence of the kings of Siam and later. Visit the Emerald Buddha Temple, regarded as the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand. It contains an image of Buddha flawlessly carved from a single block of jade. Continue to Wat Po, one of Bangkok’s oldest and largest temples, located next to the Grand Palace. The temple houses the gigantic, gold-plated Reclining Buddha and is the headquarters of the Traditional Medicine Practitioners of Bangkok. At lunch, enjoy a special Thai cooking demonstration. This evening, gather with fellow guests for a cocktail and welcome dinner.

Day 3: Bangkok - Kanchanaburi - River Kwai

Depart early this morning to catch up the best moment of visiting the world-famous Damnern Saduak Floating Market where you’ll observe the same way that the local people have traded for centuries. Then, board the train for a ride on the historic Death Railway over the Kwai River, which passes through lush forest along the original wooden viaducts. The other inclusions are also the Allied War Cemetery and JEATH War Museum, which is a replica of prisoner of war camp and contains many photographs, artifacts and other memorabilia.
Later this afternoon, transfer back to Bangkok and enjoy your dinner tonight at the hotel for the best convenience.

Day 4: Bangkok - Ayutthaya

Today, travel to Ayutthaya, the second Siamese capital after Sukhothai for over 400 years, once glorified as the largest city in Southeast Asia. On arrival, pay your first visit to the Summer Palace followed by a cruise along the romantic river and lunch onboard.
After lunch, we’ll disembark the boat to take a tuk-tuk ride for an insight of three selected temples such as Wat Mahathat, Wat Yai Chai Mongkon and Wat Chaiwatthanaram which are the must-see sites. Round it off and transfer to check in your hotel where tonight you’ll have your lovely dinner at a riverside restaurant.

Day 5: Elephants Conservation Tour

There is a number of elephants who have experienced many changes throughout their lives. They were used to work for years and now deserve to have a comfortable and safe retirement. Join us today to learn about elephants, ride, feed, water and bathe the elephant in the river to show your care & love. You’ll be guided by English speaking professionals in the program that brings a personal relationship with your elephant and be a part of practical elephant conservation.

Day 6: Ayutthya – Bangkok - Flight to Hanoi

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy your free time until a transfer to Bangkok airport for your flight to Hanoi. On arrival at Hanoi airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax.

Day 7: Hanoi City Tour

After breakfast, we take a city tour of Hanoi and explore attractions such as the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, Ho Chi Minh Complex (Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda) and Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam.
In the evening, experience traditional folk music at a Water Puppet Show.

Day 8: Hanoi – Halong Bay

Today travel by coach through the rich farmland of the Red River Delta to arrive at Halong Bay. Designated a World Heritage site in 1994, Halong Bay’s spectacular scatter of islands, dotted with wind-and-wave-eroded grottoes, is a vision of ethereal beauty.
Upon arrival, you will board a ship to visit the thousands of limestone islands filled with caves of all shapes and sizes. The sails of junks and sampans gliding along the clear and emerald waters of the bay form a magnificent scene that blends into the sky. You also have the opportunity to visit some of the hidden grottoes beneath the towering cliffs.

Day 9: Halong Bay – Hanoi

Awake early and participate in Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax and enjoy the sunrise over the bay’s towering islands, a sight not to be missed, especially if you are into photography. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea, before setting out to explore nearby islands by rowboat. Return to the junk for breakfast then take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of Halong Bay.
Your driver will meet you at the Halong jetty for a drive back to Hanoi in the afternoon. This evening, enjoy a walk around the Old Quarter in the afternoon and appreciate the local lifestyles as you wind through Hanoi’s streets. You will have a taste of Northern Vietnamese delicacies such as stuffed pancake, Banh My, stuffed sticky rice balls, the unique egg coffee and many more. This Hanoi Street Food Tour is the best way for those who want to explore Hanoi in depth.

Day 10: Hanoi - Flight to Da Nang - Hoi An

After breakfast, enjoy a free day of leisure before getting ready for morning flight to Da Nang. On arrival, meet up and get transferred to have lunch at a local restaurant.
This afternoon, discover Hoi An on foot. The tour includes the Temple Kwan, Phuc Kien Temple, Tan Ky Ancient House, Phung Hung House, Japanese Bridge which are the iconic sights of the ancient town identification. Round off the trip with a visit to the local market followed by check in the hotel and spend the rest of the time at leisure.
This evening, enjoy dinner at Brother’s Café Restaurant.

Day 11: Hoi An Free Day

Today is totally free for you to relax or discover the town on your own.

Day 12: Hoi An - Da Nang - Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) - Saigon City Tour

Today you will be transported to Da Nang airport for your flight to Saigon. On arrival at Tan San Nhat airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. You’ll then have a half day tour of Ho Chi Minh City with highlights such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office, War Remnant Museum and soaking up the atmosphere at Ben Thanh Market, one of Ho Chi Minh’s liveliest areas.
Tonight, enjoy a special dinner with dance show on Saigon River Cruise.

Day 13: Saigon - Long Tan Tour

After breakfast, travel by bus to visit the place that served as the Australian Military Base during the Vietnam War, explore the Long Phuoc Tunnels, a byzantine maze of underground passages, chambers and booby traps used by the Viet Cong during the war as their hideout. Then, attend a memorial service at Long Tan Cross. The tour includes a local lunch on the way.
This evening we’ll have dinner at a local restaurant with matching wine menu designed by celebrity Luke Nguyen.

Day 14: Saigon - Mekong River Cruise Tour

Start your Mekong Delta exploring to Ben Tre Province to embark on board cruise on Ben Tre river (one of the tributaries of Mekong river). Stop at brickwork to see how to make bricks in handy traditional style by printing and baking. Next, visit coconut processing workshops located along the canal. Turn to natural scissors creeks where they look smaller and smaller when going into the village and take a walk to family workshop making sleep mats and enjoying some fruits and tea. Continue taking a motor cart (xe lôi) or cycle riding under tree shades, pass by green rice fields and vegetable plains, and get a touch on authentic tropical culture from peasants. Lunch is served at the restaurant riverside. Afternoon, you take rowing-boat along water palm creek and sail back to Hung Vuong Pier, where your transport is waiting to get back to Saigon.
Farewell dinner tonight is served onboard Saigon River Cruise which offers an opportunity to witness another side of Saigon. The city is not only a bustling metropolis but also a romantic land.

Day 15: Saigon – Flight to Siem Reap

After breakfast, enjoy your free time until transfer to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap. On arrival in Siem Reap, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Your afternoon & night at your leisure.

Day 16: Siem Reap – Angkor Temples Complex

Spend a full day discovering the mystical Angkor Temples. Your day starts with a visit to Angkor Wat, followed by the ancient Ta Prohm Monastery. In the afternoon, visit Angkor Thom (the Great City) beginning by the south gate and the famous Bayon of the 12th and 13th centuries. Then, journey to the Elephant Terrace and the raised Leper King Terrace, built in the 12th century featuring many beautifully sculptured Apsaras.
Dinner tonight is served at a local restaurant with an Apsara Dance show.

Day 17: Siem Reap – Flight to Phnom Penh - Phnom Penh City Tour

After breakfast, enjoy your free time until a transfer to Siem Reap airport for a short flight to Phnom Penh – once called the Oriental Paris. Despite its rapid development, it’s retained a lot of its rustic charm and elegance. It is an amazing town to bespeak centuries of incredible history and culture which can still be felt at many street corners. Landing off, pick up and hotel transfer.
This afternoon, we take in everything Phnom Penh has to offer. The tour includes the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and Wat Ounalom. Then, enjoy shopping for unique souvenirs at Central Market. Back to the hotel for refreshment followed by a special dinner on a cruise tonight.

Day 18: Phnom Penh - Cooking Class

This morning is designed for you to experience a Khmer cooking class. First, start with a visit to a local wet market where the chef explains about different ingredients for daily meals. At the class, you’ll be shared the unique techniques to cook some delicious dishes. Sample your effort then your fellow travellers’.
In the afternoon, travel to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former school served as Khmer Rouge prison before heading to the Choeung Ek Killing Field and learn about the atrocities that took place here.
Farewell Dinner tonight is served on a Phnom Penh River Cruise.

Day 19: Phnom Penh - Depart

Today you are free at leisure before your transfer to the airport for your flight home.
